The students will receive scholarships at the 100k Ribbon Cutting Ceremony this Saturday, April 10th at Half Hollow Nursery where they will cut the ribbon on the largest wind turbine installed in the history of Long Island. Dr. Hubert Keen, President of Farmingdale State College, Neal Lewis of the Sustainability Institute at Molloy College and Kathleen Ferrell of Stony Brook University will be in attendance along with Kevin Law, President & CEO of LIPA, William Terbo, founding Director of the Tesla Memorial Society, New York State Assemblyman Marc Alessi and Gordian Raacke of RELI.

Eastern Energy Systems would like to thank all of the students who participated in the Renewable Energy Essay Contest and we would like to encourage students to apply for our E2sys Summer 2010 Internship program.
